Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
I’m pretty sure you could upgrade into ATL in a little less than a year with the current movement. If you don’t mind commuting to DTW you could honestly upgrade in around six months and fly the 700 / 900. Not saying Endeavor is a bad place at all but I think if you are looking to move onwards and upwards then you should go to a place that keeps you flying and ideally ensures you a quick upgrade. Not sure how far from CAE you are but AW has a junior CA base there as well.

Upgrade is at 2.5+ years right now and until we get some growth that number will not change. Yes, even in New York.

ATL 200 CA is basically unattainable and ATL 900 CA requires at least 3 years seniority. There are a bunch of NYC 200 CAs that would like ATL 200 CA but have been unable to get it as they are not backfilling the position (aka they are shrinking it). Most of the ExpressJet folk are in the left seat of the 200 in ATL and won't be leaving any time soon.

Take your written at home.
Indoc (2 days in MSP followed by a week at home for home-study)
GenSubs (1 week)
Systems (2 weeks)
Procedure training aka FTDs (5 sessions plus 1 Procedure validation)
Maneuver training (6 sessions plus 1 maneuver validation)
Line Operation Simulation (3 sessions plus 1 LOE).
It was overall just under 3 months for me thanks to dynamic training scheduling which created large gaps in the sims. That has gone away so the timeline may or may not be different. Warm welcomes!
ATP/CTP will be 9 days.

Talked with our wonderful leader last week while he was serving us BBQ. He served everyone some juicy predictions/rumors/guarantees (hah jk). He expects 30 airplanes and 500 new hires and even overheard mention of an RDU base... This along with DH upgrades and Delta MEC acknowledging us really has the Koooolaid tasting sweet in this heat.
