That's correct. The plan is to hire 500 in the next 12 months

Would be a welcome change. I went through the original DTS last year and it sucked. These proposed changes sound better for sure.

And 30% LCR is nice. Wish it were more. Maybe we can get higher if, again, they see it doesn't decrease operational reliability.

This is really good news. Lots of senior guys will take LCR, which will open up more of the lines for more junior guys. I wasn't able to hold a line in November, but took LCR and got Thanksgiving off last year during the 30% trial.
