Since when are we doing ATL-XNA-MSP on the 200?

Not complaining but wow! As you know, on the deuce we live our lives 35 minutes at a time. Having a 2 hour to XNA, 2 hour to Msp and then 2 hour block to DAY is a real head turner.

The holidays mix things up, especially the weekend before Christmas. ROC-MSP too...

Yeah, there's a random late night DFW on Xmas and NYE on the 900 because of this.

The first propel kids are hitting the line. Please don't hold anything against them personally. You would have taken the same opportunity if you were in their shoes. Just remember that college kid next to you has better career progression, better mentoring and more resources than you. It's absolute BS Delta gives them preferential treatment over us, who are already flying for them.

Support our Union and their efforts opposing yet another two class system where we are again reminded how inferior they view us. Leave Delta's precious hat at home and wear your lanyard. It doesn't cost you anything to show some unity.

Pilots here need reminding that they are second class in Delta's eyes to the propel kids. You can see from my prior posts I'm not a big union guy. However, there's no reason people on property shouldn't be supporting our progression for all campaign.

Prospective candidates also need to know the truth about what Delta thinks about us.

I agree. That's why I was pointing out that this isn't some problem for future us. This is and has been happening now. My guess is that first few propellers that got here are only 18-24 months away from moving on. They will in all likelihood move on to Delta before people hired before them because of the upgrade bump.

No, I would have not taking this opportunity. There is so much information out there on this subject that these kids know exactly what they’re getting themselves into. I don’t understand why you would sign up for a program like this when you know it’s the wrong thing to do.

That's totally subjective. What do these propellers know about right and wrong with zero experience and a good snake oil salesman? I'd take it for that reason alone because I know nothing, it sounds like a good deal, and I'd be too ignorant to care to look for reasons not to.
