According to Union we had 36 pilots leave in Oct not counting new hire resignations or failures so we grew by -4. Hope that trend continues!

The math of class numbers and attrition doesn't work out for growth. Any bets on how long before they up the new hire bonus goes to $20k and the rest of us?

I dunno man, any time I get a late-finishing assignment on the last day of P1 it's contractual but I feel pretty !

Pretty simple, the new guys get something and the rest of us get nothing. Yes, it is completely legal by the contract, but you can still be legally

Kind of like when the cable company jacks up your bill while giving new subscribers a sweet deal.

So, I assume you voted no on LOA 91 then? I'm sure you could quit and come back to get the bonus...

On the last page of this thread, he was complaining that we only had a class of 5 for one week, as if that's news worthy.

Now he's complaining that a new hire might get a decent wage, while he also makes a decent wage.

Some people are never happy and just want to find something to complain about. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

An additional $10k won’t change the class numbers appreciable.
Western base growth (Msp) would help. Flow or meet and greet obviously would cure problem.
