It takes allot of work to actually block 25 hours on a 5 day, in NYC at any rate. I wonder how they are planning on pulling this off?

Probably by making them a whole lot less commutable.

Yea, it's been a while since I could hold them, but I feel like they were pretty much already backed up to the contractual start/stop times. They can make them less fun though in a hurry haha

Unless I’m missing it, I don’t see anything in the JCBA that requires a 5 day pairing have certain start/end times to make them commutable.
