A thought for anyone thinking of coming here... Upgrade is currently 28 months and reserve is 6 months. This is during a period of growth and movement. With coronavirus and a slowdown happening, those times will likely increase. If a fast upgrade and short reserve are important, go elsewhere.

Also, consider how top heavy we are with all the senior guys making a career out of Endeavor. That's fine and I'm not critical of them. What this means for you is when the music stops, you will be stuck lower on the seniority list. Other airlines are offering much better packages. Our management and Delta overlords are being slow to react to the slowdown in hiring and other airlines are doing more to recruit, take care of their employees and attract new talent.

slow down? Has endeavor been cancelling flights in response to the kung-flu?

There isn't any one regional that's overall better than all others. There's a best regional for every person. This is the best place for some, and worst place for others.

About seniority, I don't think our list is any more top heavy than rah, envoy, or xjt. we're probably more senior than the others though. You're right there.

Upgrade times will come down, then likely go back up again because of that bubble from last year. But reserve times for someone hired now should be MUCH shorter than they were.

Delta and other mainline carriers are, that affects us. Who do you think carries all those passengers to hubs to get on the big planes. Also fear, however irrational it may be affects demand for air travel.

has endeavor, or even delta for that matter cancelled even on domestic flight in response to this virus? That’s all i was asking. Way to dodge that question.

Absolutely correct. That's why I keep emphasizing we are no longer the best. Other places are better than we are. we are the best fit for some people. I just don't want people coming here based on false information and a delusion that Delta actually likes us. Just remember, all regionals are lousy compared to main line.

I heard some of the planes we are suppose to get may go somewhere else. That will slow upgrade time and increase reserve time. Maybe QOL gets better if we do not have to staff more planes. I bet mgmt keeps this quiet until the last possible second.

Am I seeing double or is this the same post as in the other thread? When it comes to fleet growth don’t believe anything until signing the release
