She not my CP, but I can tell you I wouldn’t have much respect for anyone criticizing a decision I made if they have never been in a similar position themselves. I’ve never flown with this FO to my knowledge, I wish her good luck and that etc, etc. That being said, when you have a seniority list of experienced captains bypassed for this role - you tell me how well that is going to go over when she has to call them about an incident.
