Endeavor = 9E..not E9

Ha! I've just been seeing it as a testament to exactly how much he knows about this company.

I just chalked it up to the quality of the pilot candidates the regional industry is attracting now days. I'm not saying they're all bad, but the percentage is definitely higher these days. I was more impressed back in 2007 when we were hiring people with 300 hours

Now days, huh? You should proofread your own personal slams before posting. Auto correct can be your worst enema. At least it's good to know grammar hasn't improved much since 2007.

LOL, that's a funny post actually. I need to remember that I need to put the 2 letters 9 and E in the proper order, especially in a thread about Endeavor; someone with a very bright mind could get confused about which airline is the subject matter and it would prove I have no knowledge of life within.... I'll make sure I keep that in mind.

Oh that's the way of it then? I'm sure you just "forgot" to put them in the correct order in all your posts about "E9."
The fact that you can't even be bothered to lookup and use the correct shorthand for Endeavor should show the integrity of your statements to any "bright minds," so don't concern yourself on their behalf please.
In the mean time, it takes a special sort of person to take second-hand knowledge and try and pass it off as first-hand in this industry. We all have friends at other regionals and I'm sure we all hear the good and bad from those friends. That does not equate to having sufficient knowledge to refute somebody with first-hand knowledge of their own company.
I agree with your general sentiment that spreading misinformation doesn't do anybody any favors regardless of company.
But the comments that you are trying to refute are generally understood to be projections and trends that are showing at the company currently, so I don't find them to be misleading. We all know that this industry can be turned on its head overnight, but most of us don't want to live life waiting on it to happen.

This thread is going to a dark path. Let's halt that path.

Endeavor is 9E. If that isn't understood, it should be as there is no E9.

New hire classes get info 7 days prior as I understand it.

Hotels are not an issue for training, and those that go "downhill" on the line are rectified quickly. Far cry from past precedent.

In summary, current day endeavor carries one heck of a past, enough for a good novel, but things are good now and the future looks bright. You can apply, get hired, and see your career as a rosy picture... In current times. The only constant of aviation is that change is always occurring. As has been stated, a couple years ago everyone would be told to stay clear, now DL essentially runs us and the only advice is "welcome aboard". If the bases, equipment, and progression aren't good enough, look elsewhere... But you would find that you are moving slower and for less in the checking account. Being wholly owned has an interesting track record, but Endeavor being owned by Delta so far is not following any of the previous aspects, so the money is good, results are showing, and we are looking for pilots.

You could give some of these clowns a gold brick and they would still complain. Good news is that they are far and few between.
