Do we have an international jumpseat agreement (finally) with American now? I noticed that international flights are bookable on myIDtravel now and I don’t think they were before.

Just in case anyone needs a reminder of what Delta really thinks about their "gold standard" regional airline. There's no money for pilot retention, but somehow they find 1.2 billion dollars to invest in foreign airlines.

Since the late summer delta never had plans to use money as retention.

You need to take a wider view of the situation. It’s not just pilots, but mechanics, flight attendants, even ops personnel like crew schedulers and dispatchers. Pilots are only a single segment in a pie with many slices. So throwing money, or even focusing attention at one group solves nothing. This only strengthens the argument of consolidation.

That's my point exactly. Every single employee at endeavor should feel slapped in the face by things like this. They say they can't pay us more, but spend billions on ownership of foreign carriers.

Retention bonuses worked 6 years ago when the person leaving was going to a regional. Retention bonuses will not stop the attrition to majors. Isn’t working for the AA WOs.
