Endeavor won’t have an issue hiring with flow, it’s training and replacing attrition that’s the issue, and it’s not even as bad at Endeavor as it is at other carriers.

they can be proactive (ie spend money) but the hiring volumes upstream just don’t pencil out. Half your captains get an offer from the big6 and it’s game over. Just a matter of how many months it takes.
meanwhile you turn out as many ASM as you can til the music stops

Let’s say we can get them in the door. They need a lot less experience now to get on with a LCC/Legacy then they do to upgrade. Problem still exists. We are in a sinking ship and just hiring FOs ain’t going to keep us afloat anymore.
