What contractual language is in place that is or would prevent Endeavor from increasing their training capacity?

Y'all. Let's shut up and see what we can get out of this. "I'm not staying for nothing" gets us... nothing.

The least the company should know is the AA package didn't work. The MEC obviously knows that. So the company should know that if they're asking for contractual relief, then they should be offering new-house kind of money. The MEC should also know that anything in the AA ballpark should be a non-starter unless there are no strings attached.

We have a cap on instructors who aren't on the seniority list. There's also a cap on what those instructors can do. The company has been clear that they want those rules changed for awhile.

They've good pay LCC wages with QoL improvements or fold us into daddy D and seat lock us or something.

A seniority number or money alone is not going to do. They have to both be there to make a difference. Hypothetically you get a seniority number with Delta and then have to wait three or four years to get there while making regional pay, that’s a ton of lost income. Just not worth it.

a delta seniority number, absent a union LOA, puts you on the delta payroll at their rates

Which won’t happen because the literal entire reason regionals exist is so we can fly mainline passengers for a tenth of the pay.

All I'll say is anyone with a brain will take the earliest date of hire they can get at a major. Seniority determines almost everything about your life for the rest of your career.

Sure seniority is key but you also have to look at longevity too. And yes anyone with a brain. But I wouldn't fault anyone who is due to flow in the next 6-8 months decide to stay

I would agree with your statement in the past, but in today’s environment it’s a totally different ball game. That’s why the regional model as we know it is going away.
