We are losing senior FOs at rate that will leave us without anyone qualified or willing to upgrade as there is not much incentive to go from senior FO to junior CA in NYC.

the market is going to force “something” to happen at Endeavor as long as we don’t have major economic meltdown.

30% is a very low estimate considering with the 401k/profit sharing is right now at 32.5% plus $100+ more an hour. Two way different levels!

Unless they match or come close to AA WO pay and start offering 300 percent or more for pick ups , you’d have to be nuts to stay if you’re under 40 years old unless you only live to fly for Delta. I mean what is there to Study and figure out from the perspective of MGT? The regional pay has been way below market value the last 25 years. They can clearly afford the higher rates and pay more for pick ups .

Seems pretty clear at this point that management's strategy is to give us nothing and hope for a recession...

I think your comment sums it up. Two or three ways it could go, but nothing static. Any path will be a major change. But it is almost certain.

From just a brief read-over it seems like y'all are having a real meltdown here, so sorry to intrude...

Anybody know if new hires can hold NYC out of training? TIA

It's about the only thing a New Hire can hold here, at the moment. Short of being assigned the 200, which does not fly in NYC, you'll likely get NYC 900.

The 200 is being given to New Hires about 1x a month, so if you cross your fingers and hope for the 900, you have a good shot at NYC.
