No one mentioned any ATP partnership. What someone wrote on a response is that ATP flight school does ATP training on a Seminole showing as an example that you can get your ATP cert in any multi engine airplane, with an MEI after doing the CTP, written, and with a DPE who can do ATP checkrides.
When you go to the JetBlue careers page for FOs it now says you require 1500 total time with 500 total time but you must already hold an unrestricted ATP cert without any mention of 121 experience or jet time.
Whatever the case, JetBlue now has similar min reqs as spirit but JetBlue pays around the same as the AA WOs, 30 dollars more than spirit and almost 40 more than 9E for a year 1 FO. Both spirit and JetBlue could now hire you even if you got your unrestricted ATP on a Seminole and you’ve never touched a jet. That is what was being said and that’s exactly why recruiting will become harder for 9E as well as attrition just showing how much the company needs to do something and soon.

Spirit's ad doesn't require jet time either. But outside of their ATP flight school agreement I haven't seen or heard or any CFIs being hired. Maybe I live under a rock.

I am currently doing my ATP/CTP course, and was hoping to get the 700/900 so I can get based in NYC (which is a junior base for Endeavor). I met a couple of pilots in sim training today, both started training in June and were based in DTW because Endeavor was looking to staff the 200s (80% of the class was given the 200s). How confident are you that they are not looking for any more 200 classes? my class date is end of Nov.
