Yea.... The 2 have very different metrics to "pass".

It's really going to come down to where the "new" 200's end up going, as for where the movement will end up. That and couple the fact that 75 FO's are going to upgrade is also going to create a lot of movement over the next 2 months.

About what percent of 9E pilots would you say pass their interview with Delta? Why is it that people don't pass? Is it lack of preparation or is it Delta not wanting to bring in too many guys from 9E?

It's around sixty percent overall average which is pretty good I think considering they are essentially being forced to interview people vs. Ones they choose off the street...

Unlike CFin's experience, I was told MSP is senior and harder to hold. Currently, they seem to be having a harder time staffing DTW than the other bases.
On the -900 yes, but the -200 MSP/DTW are the most jr assignments. In March I should crack into the top 50% of the MSP -200 F/O list. On the -900 I'd still be on reserve.

You ever going to actually come work here Bob?

Understood, thanks for clarifying.

I would, but you never wrote me that LOR you promised me.

Hey guys I've a quick question. I'll be interviewing next week. I live in PHX and would like to know what base I should choose if they give me an option. Which would be the easiest commute? I'm also thinking about Compass since they have a junior base in LA, but I am willing to sacrifice some QOL for increased pay. Thanks

You choose your base in training. Classes are either 200/900, which if you get the 200 you'll have either MSP or DTW to choose from, or 900 only which is DTW, MSP, and NYCs
