I see it now, it wasn't in the Tech Ops update, it was in "Update from Bill - Jan. 22" in the top left.

All you have to do is talk to gate agents around the system about dealing with GO JET, to guess where the 700's might be coming from.

Or scheduling... GoJet is the worst offender for having our deadheaders and commuters out of position, ExpressJet is second. Republic is third.

Weren't they recently awarded 900's for Delta as well? Makes no sense. It's not like they just started sucking. Anyway, I wonder what they would do with those? And if Delta was going to spank GoJet, which really is TSA, I wonder what's in store for Compass?

I believe GoJet's Delta contract is until 2019 or 2020. Do you think they can pull the planes from them that easily? I'm aware GoJet's performance was bad in December due to the new Lufthansa ops system, but unsure of the other months.

Does the opportunity cost warrant Delta pulling the carpet out from under GoJet early? Are they losing so much in cancellations it warrants moving the aircraft to a company that can effectively operate them?

Gojet is in default of the contract. DL owns the -700's, but Gojet owns the -900's (they bought them). DL can pull the -700's due to default but someone has to be able to staff and maintain them for it to make any sense.
