so let me get this straight... You have been here less than a year and are complaining that your move to mainline isn't quick enough? Is it just confusing with the SSP and like 5 other paths, and some without any guarantee path that doesn't make sense. Once the SSP ends, a single path going forward is the answer. The union voted down the last offer as it required 2 years as a CA. Why? Cause it required 2 years AFTER upgrade. Well what's the problem there? Because Alpa doesn't want an upgrade requirement. Meaning no anchors. SSP movement has the next 2 years of movement to DL locked up, so why lock it up further. Once again, relax. All is well for you and those around you and coming behind you. If you haven't figured it out yet, things are incrementally getting better. If you want to understand how bad things were, search back 2-3 years on pinnacle and endeavor threads. The SSP was the bargaining chip, and nobody is taking it off the table until it's bone dry and dead.

My main problem is being lied to. It's completely unacceptable and shows nothing but cowardice. And that goes for whenever you were hired here.

The only guarantees in life are death and taxes. The rest is risk and reward choices based on judgement, experience, and understanding. If you want to be at DL, endeavor is the best chance to get there. If you want to go with a "guarantee" I'd suggest running the math on how long that takes to become a reality.

That sounds awfully similar to the stunts P.T. pulled with the Pinnacle CRJ-900 and Colgan Q400 fleets... you can see where those ended up in the dumpster of regional airline history.

Jesus, no one can respond to your claim in good judgement without actually hearing the same thing you did. I agree lying isn't cool, but are you sure that you heard them correctly at the interview? I haven't heard of the Endeavor pilot recruiting committee misrepresenting the interviewees? Not calling you a liar, but you're the first out of all the new hires I've met in the last year and a half. Additionally, anyone that has done their research of this industry, for say the last two decades, should know that it's extremely cyclical and unpredictable. There are no guarantees. And the word cowards is a really strong word to use on an anonymous forum!!!
