I don't think that we have to worry about any kind of a merger with anyone. ExpressJet is currently shedding airframes on their ERJ side to commutair who is hiring street captains and they don't have to worry about any kind of pilots coming over from expressjet unless they wanna start at the bottom. I guess same deal could be great for endeavor if they just transfer the planes over to us.

The thought of an ATL base would be awesome for an Orlando person. After making my comparison, I've decided I'm going to make Endeavor my 1st choice. Here's hoping I get a CJO.

Even if you get LGA there is so many flights from Orlando that it makes your commute a little better, assuming that ATL will get senior.

Which would you rather do...

Live in base on reserve, having to sit RR 8 days a month.

Or commute to NYC with 17-18 days off a month.

Flight time isn't a factor, just QOL.

In base reserve. Without a doubt.

Are people getting 17-18 days off in NYC?

When I asked how this could happen when there were no other flights they said they might charter a learjet. Didn't happen.

If you ask too many questions your head will hurt.
You went home to be with the family instead of hanging out alone at the airport, right?

Yeah, LGA 200 on the FO side anyway. Worse line I saw was 14 days off, and it was a CDO line.

Unless, of course one does not yet have the requisite 1000 of 121 time to move up. Flight time IS a factor for some...
