That's the problem! You see... it should have never come down to a bonus. Bait them and they shall come.! 98% of the pilot group just watched a10k signing bonus to new hires, and what did we get in return? Just another professional accepting pennies for a professional job 🤔

2) Delta would simply cancel the option to interview folks under DGI if they had no need to bring in new hires.

3) The remaining regionals would simply furlough, go out of business, or do whatever they need to stay afloat.

Let's all hope the economy stays strong. Just saying....
Where have you been the last 15 years? This already happened, flow backs initially but now AA is taking Eagle pilots. You do realize that every Endeavor pilot that goes NOT FLOWS to DL can come back in case economic disaster. My advice for what it's worth, GO TO A REGIONAL WITH A FLOW!

Post a link, or that's just a rumor for now. Which is fine, just trying to be clear.

Official company stuff shows 14.

Bottom of the pay pole? Which measuring standard are you using? Our min guarantee w/bonus is $57K right now, higher than anyone else's pay in the industry. Drop $7K the second year, for accuracy.

No, the pilot group just watched a $7K new hire bonus. Everyone else on property gets $23K, new hires get $30K first year.

Lol true, I'm not bitter about that. I want our pilot group to get GREAT pay rates. Bonus aside...contract improvements needed!

No! our pilot group watched our payrate demolished and slowly get back to where it should be via bonus installments. New hires should NEVER get more than a first or second year FO. We all saw this coming, even JA didn't have an answer during the conference call...

Can't do anything about 3 years ago. We can only move forward from here. That's why we have to agree to nothing less than $25.56.
