I am not sure if the bag I listed is big enough to carry everything you guys do now, it is a bit smaller than the standard flight kit. (PN flight kit is 18X14X8, the one I linked is 16.5X12.5X5.5) But moving forward, it will work just fine for EFBs and headsets, as attested to by other pilots who use them without paper Jepps.
As far as I've read there is no requirement for your flight kit other than it be black. It still obviously needs to fit in the airplane and fit all the charts and manuals.

My comment was mainly on the attitude that "the company will have to get used to change" From what I've gathered being in this environment so far is that your just a cog in the wheel, they want everything and everybody to look and act the same while on duty.

What are you waiting for to get your app in btw Bob? Aside from having to lug Jepps around this seems to be a good place to be.

Are the jepps entire sets or just airports serviced and alternates?

Has it been a good decision? I'm interested in the experience of going from the same airplane but with different company procedures, etc.

PM me if you want to not be public with your move....
I'm sure there have been... Mesa guys have been showing up in classes at other regionals for a while now.

All the airports we service, it pretty much fills 3 2inch Jepp binders.

There are a lot more pages with Jepps than NOS, I had the entire US, in my old flight bag which was slightly smaller than this one with NOS charts. Revisions where easier too since every 56 days you just chucked the whole thing and refilled it, of coarse it got a lot easier when we went to EFB's at my old job and I just had to hit download. But like I said it is what it is.

3pm is when it spools down. If not out by 4, it's likely not happening today. With the background actually going on, relax. Things are good behind the scenes.
