That's all very true, thank you for your input. I guess my problem is that I'm not sure if I trust this company or our union enough to sit around and wait. Before I retired from the military, there were a lot of the promises and the wishful thinking going around but probably 90% of it were either lies or unfulfilled promises. I would love to be a captain here but I really don't know if I can work for people I don't trust. Hope this doesn't sound too cynical I'm just very confused right now.

Lol. Yeah go look at envoy. I hear they're looking for warm bodies. Plus I heard they're also much more trustworthy. Just look at how far Eagle/Envoy has come. Look man, you're paid to fly a plane. That's all. If you don't think they're holding up their side of the bargain, get involved in the union and try get it changed, or leave.

Lol if you don't think you can trust Endeavor then good luck finding any regional you can trust. Endeavor is about as good as it gets for a regional.

My advice is to join the recruitment team. Get paid to go to job fairs, talk to other recruiters at those events and you will most likely end up with an interview opportunity at a major much quicker than relying on ALPA, management, or DL.

Thanks for the advice, I might do that. Are they expected to be truthful on that team? I only ask because I was going to do a bit of that in the military once but they asked me to lie, so it didn't happen. And thanks for offering advice instead of being an assclown like some others above.
