I like the irony of “transparency.” In other words, keep teasing everyone by saying 60 days and then delay it by a year after you are already 1 year late without mentioning any specifics. Thanks Russ, very transparent indeed.
I'm as frustrated about this news as anyone else. In all fairness to RE, Delta probably changed their minds again at the last minute. Can you imagine how frustrating it would be to run our company if your only customer changes their mind as much as Delta does? I knew the prolonged silence from management was probably not good.

The new CEO's lack of communication has been pretty disappointing, considering how much BL communicated with the group.
