To add, management wants everyone to wear one without negotiating it.

Not my problem anymore, but I'd hope guys are doing it because they like the hat for whatever reason, not to pretend they are Delta or because they want to dance around like little lemmings.

Tom all but demanded the check airmen (pilots) wear the hat and that was the end of my time with the extra letters by my name... The guy that was the MEC chairman when "hats are optional" was negotiated into our contract using up negotiating capital now demanding hats to be worn with no give back from the company.... F!U!
