But the first flight call in honest is permanent now. So that's cool. I can't think of too many other people that have first flight call in honest and second attempt positive space. That's a great set of complementary benefits

And out of those, some of those who had failed the technical were grandfathered into the exclusion allowing them to receive retroactive CJO's. I don't remember how many of them it was, but 18% of the initial failures were the result of the technical exam, so that could've (in theory) boosted the total success rate up to 70%. Though I'm not sure how that was actually implemented.

This was all as of October 2019
Hiring was basically a trickle when the first DGI applicants went through. Anecdotally, it seemed like even the off the street success rate was lower at the time. Hiring exploded in the fall of 2019 which seemed to coincide with a higher success rate for both off the street and DGI candidates. My guess is that when hiring resumes in earnest, the overall DGI success rate will continue to improve.

There was a memo, or email, or carrier pigeon or something a while back. You can't log in directly to it anymore. You have to go through the company website.
  • Crew resources
  • Crew scheduling
  • crewweb link at the top in blue
Same credentials as you used to use for crewtrac

Since they updated the flica reserve grid, I fell I know longer know what I am doing. Everything keeps getting denied.

how does one read it now so I can try and swap some days around? Am I still comparing net reserves to min required?
