Default Delta College Requirement from Endeavor?

Does Delta waive the 4 your degree requirement if you come from Endeavor?

Someone said in the delta buying RAH thread they do, but I thought a colleague and I read in the contract that they must still "meet all Delta hiring requirements" which to us meant you still had to have the 4 year.

So is this indeed true that they will waive the 4 your requirement?

Have you tried and Google the agreement between delta and endeavor?

I said in the OP that what we read said that they must still meet all normal hiring requirements for Delta...

However, someone is claiming in another thread they will waive it which is against how we interpreted it... hence why I posted this simple thread.

Under the SSP there have been a few hired who do not hold a 4 year degree. I do not know if that will hold true with the current DGI program that all new hires are hired under.

Lots of pilots have done it. I did it while flying for Pinnacle/Endeavor, and supporting 2 kids. It took me awhile, but got it done from UVU.. To answer you original question, my last trip at 9E, I flew with a CA who passed the SSP with no degree. I'm sure he's at Delta by now.

I don't doubt it, I just hate/don't do well with online classes.

Man have some ambition/determination... I get that you don't do well in school, but get your degree. This is why Delta and United refuse to flow, because they want the best, not those that just do the bare minimum... Unless you have a brothel, then United might take you.

Or take that money and turn it into more money. But that's easier said than done too...
