Endeavor contract questions

Is there a place I can view the endeavor contract? If not could anyone jump in with a few answers?

If a former XJ/9e pilot returned under the agreement and had the company time to upgrade, obviously they would be ahead of those senior to them who didn't yet have the time. Would it put the returning pilot at the bottom of the base seniority list until all "bypassed" FOs upgrade like places where DHCs are used?

How many days off are both seats getting in New York?

Does endeavor use FLICKA?

Thanks.

The contract is nothing to see. It's the post bankruptcy deal that has been patched up with LOA's.

If we go back, LOA 58 assures we will keep longevity for pay and 401k BUT we have to start over as new hires, apply, interview, probation, etc and yes upon upgrade be junior to all senior FO's so will be a reserve Captain for a long time if they run out of qualified FO's. As far as I know they don't use Flica unless that has changed.

I'm a hair away from going back. Strongly considering it.

FLICA - Yes

We use FLICA. If you came back I believe you would keep your longevity date but you would start back at the bottom of seniority.

On the whole the avg days off for both seats in all bases in 11 minimum per month FO side. I think CA gets 13 min but I have not looked into that because I'm not a CA.

Where are you at now? That must be a tough decision - many of us have been there, it is agonizing trying to figure out what to do. I hope whatever you decide it works out for you. This industry can be brutal but let's hope that we are all finally in a win-win situation and no matter what we decide our hard work is eventually rewarded.

I'm only hearing great things about the company. Depending on when you left, a lot has changed. My source in the recruitment team says management has come down and visited with them often, and even hinted at growth beyond just 50 seaters next year. Perhaps even expanding the network with a new base (or two) in the next 12-18 months.

I'm also seriously contemplating a jump over there, though I'm not a former like you. Everything I've heard has been positive. Perhaps we'll see each other in class.

It is a tough decision. I left in 2013 when they were running around screaming "the rapture is coming" and planning to furlough 2000 pilots. I went to AWAC to be home based and decently compensated. Now I wish I would have roughed out the 2-3 years of downgraded displaced reserve.

The pros for me coming back are keeping longevity for pay and 401k, remaining home based (NYC) and back in the left seat in short order considering the need for qualified Captains. It will be a real kick in the uprights loosing 4 years of seniority

Yes, I hear it's a different airline now as far as the organization and morale.

Sure but if you and everyone else hadnt left things would have never got better here. Also, reserve blew.

Youre home based and making good money don't leave until you have to. Otherwise, we'd obviously love to have you back.

I'll still be home based if I come back and AWAC are the ones now running around screaming "the rapture is coming" "run for the hills" lol
