PBS, in its present form, will be difficult to implement. The provisions do not yield the efficiencies the company wants and they cannot risk the negative PR of enforcing a pay-cut on pilots.

Show us the money.... This is true. Straight from Ric Wilson's mouth during the last contract amendment. Said the company was not happy with it and would be happy to take it off the table in exchange for the longevity caps. Same PBS system that the FA's are using for that matter.
