I'm new to this forum, so please be gentle!! Since there is a flow to AA, is there a reverse flow (AA to Envoy) ?

Thx

Only at Piedmont is there a "reverse flow" in the sense that if you fail training at AA you can go back to your old seat and seniority. Meaning you don't have to start at the bottom again and retain your former position.

You mean flowback? As in AA pilots coming to Envoy? Nah. AA did that once back in the mid 00s after 9/11 to prevent furloughs. Hilarity ensued, shenanigans went down like one Captain who would announce to passengers he was "on loan from AA", another who accidentally blew the baggage extinguisher while two rampers were in the cargo hold, etc...

If you are asking if Envoy flows can return to Envoy after flowing..that's also a negative. Much like my anus hole...that's a one way street.

Don't forget the flow back K rail at G19, or the multiple p-56 busts or the "American captain" MG who was an aviation expert on KTLA in lax when something aviation related made the news.

I did however, learn a lot about being an airline pilot from the good TWA guys.

Thanks for the info. I'm also wondering about upgrade time? It appears some pilots upgrade in a few months. Is that a misprint or about right? Can I also equate the hourly rate *100 for my monthly pay? Is that realistic or should I multiple line/reserve guarantee?
Thanks

Upgrade time is not a misprint. Our FOs either have no desire to upgrade or do not have the required flight time to upgrade which is keeping the upgrade time extremely low right now. And I'd multiply your hourly rate by 75 for monthly pay. That' will give you a more realistic and conservative figure. There is always OT flying to get above that but I'd plan on 75.

The flowback was great. Not.

Do you have 1,000 hours 121 time? If so, you'll get the upgrade on the first bid. We run upgrades every 2-3 months.
