Default Commuting question

Hello all, I haven't run across the answer to this in any thread and forgot to ask when I went down to Dallas for the interview. If I commute, will Envoy reimburse me for long term parking at say DCA or BWI? If I eventually decide to live in base and choose LGA as my domicile is there employee parking or do they reimburse for parking there as well? Or not at all? Thanks in advance

Once based at LGA you will be given hang tags for both LGA and JFK employee lots at no cost to you.

Commuting from somewhere else they will reimburse you for long term parking so long as you submit receipts upto a certain amount. I can’t remember exactly how much the capped amount is off the top of my head.

parking is a huge issue at certain airports. DCA,LAX its impossible to get employee parking long term parking is generally a hassle and ends up costing more than the company will reimburse for. Best option is generally cutting a deal with hotels with airport shuttles.

Envoy will reimburse you however much the cost of what the employee parking pass is at your assigned base. Anything extra will be covered by you. Ex. Your base is DFW where parking is for discussion sake $50 but you commute from Houston where parking for discussion sake is $75. You'll end up paying $25 out of pocket.

What? When did this start?

Last I remember they will reimburse any amount as long as receipt is submitted and you don’t have multiple passes to other airports. Ie DFW based you have both DFW and IAH parking passes.

I believe it’s $115 in NY and $35 in Chicago those might be slightly out of date.
