Can anyone tell me the approximate monthly premium for health insurance for a family of four at Envoy?

Depends on the plan. The low deductible is $240 per pay period ($480/mo).

Top tier plan is about $180 for employee, $350 for employee + 1, and $480 for family. Lower tier plans are less
