Envoy hiring numbers and RTP
Does anybody have any numbers on how many RTP pilots have been hired? I have heard 900. This would have to be a number of those selected and not on property since there haven’t been that many hired in the past year. Just curious if this is an accurate number or not. If it is even close to accurate, then that alone will keep a steady stream guaranteed for a while.
And what about cadet programs. With them getting first choice of assignments, I don’t know why they would go anywhere else, but do they have some kind of contract to come to Envoy? |

Or they could just increase pay to compete with Endeavor and nix their RTP. Recruiting problem solved.

RTP just recently celebrated its 100th graduate. There are maybe 100 in training now and who knows how many waiting to begin. Right now they are lucky to complete 4-5 each week. With all the issues at Coast and other Regionals opening up RTP programs I doubt this will grow much in the foreseeable future.

Lack of instructors, lack of multi-engine aircraft, no idea how to run a flight schedule or coordinate a large cadre of pilots, poor asset management, missed timelines... |

Any and all problems that they could have. Coast bit off way more than they can chew.
