Mostly just trying to find out who to contact to get the 401k transferred to AA's $uper$aver, and how the process works. Is it something that has to be done before you flow, or is it something that happens after you go over there? The Flow-Thru section of the Envoy website is rather confusing, and lacking information.

Anyone get to the point of needing the company to true up? Any issues, or is it basically all automatic?

When you’re in Indoc at AA they will talk about it. They will give you an email address to notify Envoy you want to roll over. Can’t remember it. Envoy only does the roll over 2x per year although they were supposed to do it more often. They want to keep your money in their plan as long as possible.

Pretty much answers my question. Thanks!
