Interview next week - Prior 121
I am prior 121 (XJT) and have an interview next week with Envoy. Got the interview through the abbreviated application process. From talking with recruiter, it sounds as if the interview process is mostly a "HR/does this person fit" evaluation. I am told there is no sim. I can't imagine it's that easy. Any experience / advice or where to find gouge for the interview?
Love the forum and you guys make me miss the airlines! Thanks in advance!

https://www.aviationinterviews.com/ has gouges at a cost if you're really worried about it. It'll be less than a half hour, they just want to get to know you and make sure you're not someone they wouldn't want to fly with.
Some example questions that I can remember:
What makes a good captain?
What's your greatest weakness?
What does CRM mean to you?
The interviewer also brought up a WWYD scenario involving an issue requiring a write up at an outstation on the go-home leg, with some pressure from the captain to not follow SOP. The answer is obvious.

Also, go fly for Endeavor, you will make way more and won’t have your seniority pushed down in the next 6-9 months from all the people hired prior to you that don’t have the 121 time yet.

Interview next week - Prior 121
It’s not a joke. Many Line pilots on property recommend going to EDV. NH Street CA are getting “up to” $45k. But what is the threshold requirement for the high end? What is the low end of that bonus? What is the median bonus that these prior 121 HVA pilots are getting?
This is why the UNION is important in keeping the company transparent, so many tactics being employed that are within the company’s legal rights to bring in more NH. But Long term we shall all experience the effects, including said NHs flooding the gates once on property.
With the competition for pilots increasing I’m happy to see classes filled. But our pilots on property are recommending EDV for great reasons. We enjoy our job and how the industry is improving and were making livable income now, yet we are a major part of bringing in a whole lot of revenue/profits not seen before in the industry for the company and our parent company. The grass is typically not always green on the other side, but in this case it is at Endeavor/Delta in how they take great care of their people leading the way First with their $80,000 bonus over 3-4yrs just a few yrs ago. Now the current pay rate increases (turning the temporary bonuses into hard pay rates). It’s not a joke at all.
We are disappointed Mgmt is not proactive in keeping Line Pilots competitive in pay rates, work rules, and Rsv rules like Long Call seen throughout the regionals industry now. Our Pay rates will increase when AAG believes ENY product has greater value and is more competitive than EDV, and others. Until then I won’t believe the cool-aid that we have a superior product.
