TTOT Troubles

Anyone having trouble using the N4TL code?

I'm trying to find trips to trade when the window opens at noon but when I look on QT, I get "TTOT data base update in progress retry in 3 minutes." I've been getting this since last night though.

I thought it might be a QT issue so I logged into DECS and got the same message.

Anyone else getting the same message?

Does the coverage ever change during the ATTOT window, such that a current red/red trip could become equitable in the next 24 hours?
