New hire base assignment

Hey guys. How realistic is to get DFW base on the 175 after the school house for a new hire? Looking to get on with a regional in the next month. Any recommendations on other regionals to be looking at? I’m also leaning towards Compass since I’m currently in Southern California. Thanks!

You will get ORD or LGA in class.

I’d look at Skywest or Compass as a west coast guy, unless you’re willing to move. Commuting sucks, but a 4 hour flight as a commute sucks more.
