First Year Pay for First Officer
So from what I recall during my interview and according to what is stated on Envoy's APC page, new hire FO's were to be paid the year 3 hourly rate....
"New hire First Officers will start at the Year 3 hourly pay rate ($38.28/hr) in addition to receiving a sign on bonus of up to $22,100, earning $60,000 or more during their first year."
According to the pay scale on APC the year 3 pay rate is $41....not $38.28.....what am I missing here??

And FYI, the $40 rate is where FO pay stops. Since it’s the 4th year rate, the 12-4 pay caps prevent you from earning more. Nasty little surprise for those who are here for more than 2 years and haven’t upgraded yet. Probably not an issue, since we are drafting literally every legally qualified FO on property into the Captain’s chair as soon as they have the hours, but something to consider if the 15.G.4 train ever stops.
