The email is asking for Envoy to transition it’s culture to match AA culture. That is absolutely acceptable provided that Envoy management start treating us like AA. Better QOL, better pay and stop the hostile workplace environment that is created. It is a two way street. What comes around goes around.

D scale? D scale is Skywest now. We’re Z scale.
