Default working conditions of regional pilots

I am conducting a research project about the working conditions of regional pilots. My research question is how will the pilot shortage affect the working conditions regional pilots in the future. I am looking to predict the working conditions of regional pilots in the next 10-15. Theworking conditions that I will be looking into are the hours, pay, barriers of entry, mental strain, and some other minor and more specific factors such as location of bases, commuter policy, company culture, interviews, ext. If any pilots can give information about how the pilotshortage affected your job specifically in regards to the workingconditions that would help me a lot.

We recently acquired a got a popcorn machine at the work place. I would say based on this fact alone, conditions have improved tremendously.

Working condition of 145 is not the working condition of 175. Just so you know.

Personally I don't think the regional model will survive the next 10-15 years.

This is true, it's night and day in many, many ways.

This is an ambitious project. Good luck. I don’t think you’ll get much useful info on a public forum though.
But seriously is online now

lazy reporting. Just apply and do the job for a few years and come to your own conclusion.
