New Piedmont Pay Rates
No concessions, no more FO retention bonus.
They also have 76-seater rates "just in case."
Also. Definitely an improvement in hard rates, but still lagging behind carriers like Endeavor (wholly-owned) and Republic (non-wholly owned) and their work rules / soft pay sucks.
Meanwhile, from Envoy Pilot Recruitment...
Sigh.

What are pdt 76 seater rates?
Right now there 50 seat rates are higher than our 76 seater or higher pay band.
Envoy pilot recruiters are liars who do it to stay off reserve and get more pilots behind them so they may flow someday. Used car sales people is all that they are.

I don't have the 76-seater table unfortunately, but if someone else does, feel free to post it.
Agreed about EPR.
Also, apparently PDT is getting back pay to when the union started negotiations with the company.

To clarify: Those rates you posted are the PSA 50 seat rates. The PDT rates have not been released yet. PDT rates are expected to match the PSA 50 seat rates for the E145. E170/175 rates will probably match PSA 76 seat rates.
Negotiations began in early April. Back pay will only go back to May 15.

Which part?
Their union email says retro pay to 15 May and those do look like PSA rates.
Matter of fact, PDT email mentions 12 yr scale and 14% bump for those that are already above it at the time of signing. PSA rates went to 18 yrs

Outside the email sent out by PDT's MEC, I don't think there is official pay tables ... yet. Rumors (i.e. the "my buddy's friend") say that the PSA and Piedmont 50-seater tables are very similar, so this probably isn't all that far off in reality.
