I think with flow starting again, any senior 145 captain that has thoughts of flowing won’t want to risk a one year lock going to the 175.

Junior 145 captain, ORD, June 2018, DFW, May 2018. Junior 175 captain, MIA, January 2018, ORD, November 2017, DFW, September 2017.
Even with 170 vacancies, I don’t see theses numbers moving more than a month or two as all of these junior captains have FOs with enough time to upgrade senior to them.

Maybe they're also realizing that 121 TPIC is worth something/they need to be a capt for a year before flow.
