So in few words, holding a line is like winning the lottery. How much do u typically fly in reserve ?

Holding a line this month in the 145 with 72 hr credit and 11 days off in DFW is FAR from winning the lottery

Is that a relief or composite line? Surely not a hard line.

the Miami lines are my favorite on the 145.
They do some of the best NY and Chicago flying as fly-through. Of course it’s still miserable compared to even the worst lines on the 175 but that’s the way things are Dallas is a hole If you find yourself staring down the barrel of an 11 d/o line, I’d just bid composite. You can get weekends, holidays etc if you’re proactive about requesting it and will end up working very little (6 hour 4 days etc) for what you credit. |
