Determining Starting Seniority
 
What things go in to determining your seniority among other pilots at ground school. The person highest up the list gets first pick at Base/Aircraft so it’s in everyone’s best interest to be highest up there.

Used to be that way but as said above, there’s more to it than that. If you’re not a cadet or have prior 121, expect to pick very late regardless of age.
