Reneged Again Really!!
Fast Facts:
-Union stated company was leaning towards option 2. -Company now leaning towards option 1. -Factor in loss of performance bonuses, decreased profit sharing, and loss of back pay from previous signed document company saved millions. Always winning. Employees never. Wish they showed more love to their employees!! Be more smiles around the office. Thanks for the great union communication. -Low value aviator |
Idk about all that necessarily but it is weird how hard they try to make us miserable. Like why we do a good job and we’re already some of the cheapest and most flexible regional pilots in the country with our “by the company for the company” contract
|
Before I comment, I think I need to know which is option 1 and which is option 2?

You know you're making sh*t up, right? Yes the pilot group missed out on a lot of improvements. Some even benefited the company in other ways. But if you give 1 kid something you must give all 3. |

Assuming they could get the math done in time, it would be highly unusual for a company to take the more expensive route.

This is a dumb thread. You are once again, complaining about a raise. A raise that was given with NO concessions with an INCREASE in flow. Given to us while Envoy us dealing with AAG issues such as:
Max 8 Cancellations PSA FA negotiations Envoy FA negotiations AA Pilot negotiations AA Mechanics Lawsuit and negotiaions Envoy Gate agents newly ratified contract and more..... I know about these from AA and PSA pilots while jumpseating to DEN, CLT, CMH and NYC. Theres a lot of thing happening all at once for AAG, who largely influces our budget. Not standing up for them, but for once can people on here say glad we all got the raises we deserve and congrats to the guys flowing out of here qucker, meaning we get to upgrade quicker and ALSO get out of here faster? Oh but we deserve more! That kind of bull******* is exactky what the AE guys fought for and pushed too much in 2013, look how that turned out. The union did a great job getting us faster flow and rasies with the AIP withdrawl. If that was handled like 2013 then it would have started all over again. |

Your bar is so low, this is why we don't get much. The pay raise is incredibly low for the industry. Our work rules and qol (hotels rsv) is horrible. You are a “professional” trained to a high degree getting paid still subpar compared to others. |

As far as I know FO applications are significantly down and they would not be giving $50k+ away to guys with 900 plus 121 hours if they had enough CA applicants. |

Not just that but it is NOT 2013 anymore. Things have improved tremendously in the past few years for us pilots.

They are going exactly where we told them in 2013. It’s sad that the union leaders predicted the industry development better than the crystal palace managers who are still playing catch-up

The problem is not learning from the past!!! Focus on changing RLA. Those guys were the real deal! Taking necessary risks for the pilot group! MEGAFUPM failed except from 2 votes in the right direction. 6 votes caved. Flow, flow, flow is our priority.... At Flow Airlines, our priority is helping you reduce that regional constipation time. What do we want? “Flow” When do we need it? “Now” In “Flow” We Trust. Faster flow time... “Enhanced flow through agreement reached!” I can’t believe reading that garbage in ALPA news a month ago. Sounded like management marketing propaganda written by ALPA on behalf of management. Can’t win in this RLA environment. Flow it is, until called elsewhere. |
FFLLLOOOOWWWWW!!!!!!
Imagine when reality sets in and people start to realize they won’t flow in 6 years.* *Yes, I know some will flow in 6 years or less. But none hired today will. |

Or further flow freezes which sadly will happen again. I hope not, but one fiasco after another. MD88, 737Max or insert a “what if” issue in future hindsight. Fleet delays, new aircraft order delays, manufacture or engine issues, enhanced tariffs / trade war. Elections, HNK war, JPN vs China vs SK vs NK. $24-$27 stock price, really high debt, low margins at AAG. APA looking for further pay raises & QOL increases. Excellent trends and chances of getting their demands, on the backs of regional ALPA pilots. RLA needs to die! I’m nervous of getting stuck. RLA is our Devil! Both management & ALPA have made that obvious time in time, over & over. |
Sept 30
So what happens when they don’t pay us on sept 30?
