How often is this flight weight restricted?

It depends on weather and alternate. It's usually pretty heavy on fuel.

if it’s an EMB140 with an alternate then a good chance of being restricted. Alternate plus deviation fuel for wx then it’s guaranteed restricted. But then again you could throw in a strong head wind and be good to go either way.

Had 140 on the nose back in winter time, such a slow flight.
