While always good to review such things, what were the wind and visibility and runway conditions being reported at the time? I've seen news reports that said it was windy with light snow and the video shows 'stuff' on the runway, but that's not really all that helpful.

Discussing this publicly is not my intention. I tried to be vague so only Envoy pilots would know what I was alluding to. That page saved me a few times when I first upgraded, as I did not even know it existed until my first winter as Captain.

"RWY 10L, COND CODE, 5 5 5 AT, 1215Z". This was still posted on the 1451Z ATIS.

I’d be SHOCKED if it was. That runway looked nearly 100% covered in that vid. Either way, no one was hurt. Props to the crew.
