Envoy PRIA Forms

Hello all,

I have a question.
Will my current employer have to submit the pilot employment packet to verify employment to be able to get a CJO? Or can this be done after getting the offer and putting my 2 week notice?
I just think that it would be kinda awkward to request that form from my current employer even before actually getting the offer.
Thanks in advance!

From memory PRIA requests don’t happen until after interview

Thanks. But do they happen before getting the offer, after passing the Captain’s review board, or before that?

After your interview, they will send out the PRIA requests to your former employers. I believe they have to give them 3 chances before they say they tried. I had a former employer that refused to fill out anything (long story), and I had to wait a whole month before going to review board. So yes they must have all PRIA’s in before review board, or have at least tried to send it out 3 times.

They did not require them for the CJO when I went through (around 2.5 years ago). When I went through the interview, they gave me the CJO. I told them I had not given my employer my 2 week notice yet. They said it was not a problem and to let them know once I did. My file was put on hold. Once I gave my notice, they sent the forms to my employer that day. I was in the CA review board that week. Just let recruiting know.
