I like the line about AA going to great expense over this, like it was us that caused them to have to change uniform suppliers. It was most certainly their mainline unions that pushed extremely hard. If they would have just listened to previous airlines that had issues and not been cheap they could have avoided this entire fiasco to start with.

Anyway, falls on our shoulders I guess.
