Well I appreciate the gesture, as much as I hate to admit it. Sure a nice fat bonus check would have been great, but whatever. Those that have been around know I tend to call the company out but this was nice of them.

Savings over the 2019 Year
 

1. Eliminated performance bonuses by changing the parameters causing pilots to lose over a thousand dollars each

2. Paid pilots late allowing them to show higher profit over the quarter driving stock and interest

3. Eliminated frequent base events and food outings

4. Eliminated CA ability to expense report turkey day and xmas dinner

5. Postponed pay increases years compared to everyone else

6. Changed ipad order to air3 instead of pro as originally told to pilot group saving

7. List goes on for the year they saved money and cut corners...this book is potatoes ://

It beats the year we all got Wendy's coupons.

Wendy’s is more edible than the book.

Great, I never said the company was perfect, I said this was a nice gesture, keeping in mind they didn't have to do anything. Would everything you listed be better, yes, but it is what it is.

And Jocco has a good message. Sometimes I think what he preaches isn't feasible, but his heart is in the right place.

Just finished reading it. Solid read.
