I generally divide by 25-28 and then 12, to account for current/expected attrition over the entire time here. If the attrition this year stays the same or higher you could even divide by 30 and still be conservative.

It’s your current number minus 190 (for the lifers) divided by 20. That’s how many months you have, it’s literally that simple
