Seems like the new reps coming in have at least a grasp on how technology works. Finally got to vote online for the new round of reps coming in

This basically all comes down to agreeing to what the company wants to give us. At the end of the day the company gets and gives what they have already determined. This union has no teeth or chooses not to use them, not sure which is worse.
