The problem is, you need enough volunteers willing to be able to stay at home for a measly 19 hours. If not enough ppl are willing to live off of 19 hours well then this didn't save any money and potentially furloughs are the next step...
honest question, No intent to stir the pot here, I have no idea. |

Of course it isn't. This is the 10 day posting period.
It would be nice to see what the May bid package is going to look like first. Part-time lines would probably beat 19 hours. |
Envoy is offering 19 hours.
mesa is offering 10 hours republic is offering 50 hours slywest is offering 50 hours my guess psa took 18 hours and is keeping hush hush. remember aag is paying skw and rah for feed which supports 50 hour loa pay while here at envoy they offer you 19 so aag can pay rah and skw tp cover there 50 hour loa pay. no one should take loa, first loa has to many requirements, second why help envoy out. It's not like they are not going to furlough, aa most definitely will. |
For those saying this doesn’t effect anyone if it isn’t right for you, please lol at the big picture. If enough people settle for this low ball offer it inhibits better offers down the road. You can’t just set the bar low.

Skywest and Republic accepted pay cuts for every pilot on property in exchange of that deal. Don't forget that little snippet.
